Supporting DCHR on research and analysis investigating attitudes and perceptions to housing and neighbourhoods in the Tees Valley; including inner-city living, the role of terraced housing and what factors contribute to attractive neighbourhoods. This analysis of the housing market created a matrix of market drivers with accompanying quantitative and qualitative research to inform the successful bid for significant capital support from ODPM for the Tees Valley Partnership.
