Green Corridor Transformational Project, West and South Yorkshire

Urbanistix has supported the work of arc⁴ with the three local authorities of Barnsley, Doncaster and Wakefield on a number of important parts of this groundbreaking  £20 million project, supported by the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Housing Board.  The Green Corridor is emerging as an important green space between the city regions of Leeds and Sheffield. The partnership wants to capitalise on the green and rural nature of the area, improving the quality and range of housing, the environment and linking into wider regeneration objectives. Urbanistix work has included a communications strategy, guidance on design standards, visual identity and support for stakeholder events.
