Clare Boland
Community Practioner

Clare is experienced in working in challenging environments and has
extensive community consultation and participation experience across the
UK and Ireland. She has worked closely with hard to reach and excluded
Groups, building trust and capacity to successfully deliver projects. She
has also undertaken research with amongst others, the Joseph Rowntree
Foundation, including youth orientated projects on racism and exclusion
across the North of England. This work often involved facilitation and
mediation, which allows for the building of effective partnerships.
